Job summary

Asbury in Greenville, SC is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the dealership’s service team. You will present and sell needed services, align with manufacturer maintenance schedules, and build rapport to promote satisfaction and repeat visits.

You will greet customers, provide accurate estimates, set repair timelines, and schedule appointments while upholding warranty guidelines and CSI targets. Strong customer service and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Promote and explain services to customers with a professional approach.
• Advise on maintenance per manufacturer specifications and provide estimates.
• Generate accurate repair estimates and communicate timelines to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and manage follow-ups to drive CSI.
• Adhere to warranty guidelines and protect customer and company information.
• Maintain a fast-paced, customer-focused service desk environment.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle turnaround.
