Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in heavy equipment or related service.
• Basic understanding of equipment systems and repair terminology.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer incoming calls.
• Schedule shop and field service repairs.
• Inspect incoming equipment and gather repair details.
• Communicate repair status, timelines, and completion updates.
• Coordinate with technicians, shop leadership, and customers.
• Assist with warranty claims and service documentation.
• Prepare accurate repair summaries and customer invoices.
• Process payments and maintain service records.
