Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in related field.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and coordinate repair requests.
• Estimate costs of repairs within guidelines; document warranty and labor.
• Coordinate repair orders with Service Manager and Shop Foremen.
• Input repair orders into data processing system and close orders.
• Assist in maintaining shop tools, supplies, and cleanliness.
• Advise customers of needed service work and upsell when appropriate.
