Job summary

TriGreen Equipment in Columbia, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Service Advisor to support the Service Department. The role requires handling work orders, warranty claims, and service records while delivering excellent customer support to clients and technicians.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and office software skills.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent TriGreen Equipment professionally at all times.
• Open and manage work orders under the Service Manager or Shop Foreman.
• Process warranty and product improvement claims with follow-ups.
• Maintain an up-to-date service library and reference materials.
• Organize and manage service department records and filings.
• Update customer profiles with equipment hours and maintenance history.
