You will coordinate between service, sales, and logistics, identify needed repairs, and upsell where appropriate, while maintaining precise client records in the DMS. A fast-paced environment, strong communication, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of service advisor experience.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., hospitality, retail, automotive).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm, professional demeanor and tailor service to their needs.
• Coordinate liaison between client and internal departments (service, sales, logistics).
• Identify and upsell vehicle repairs and maintenance based on client needs and history.
• Maintain accurate client records in the DMS and track loyalty activities.
