Red Rock Ford, Inc in Williston, ND is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team. You will be the main link between customers and technicians, helping clients understand service needs, coordinate repair schedules, and ensure work moves smoothly through the shop.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor, automotive technician, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of automotive systems or willingness to learn
• Professional, team-oriented attitude
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen carefully to vehicle concerns and service needs
• Schedule service appointments and manage daily shop workflow
• Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs clearly to customers
• Serve as the liaison between technicians and customers
• Monitor repair progress to ensure efficient turnaround times
• Review completed work with customers and explain services performed
• Collaborate with service and dealership leadership to maintain smooth operations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in through vehicle pickup
