Valley Ford of Huron is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between the service department and customers in Huron, OH. You will manage the service process from first contact through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth department operation.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and automotive knowledge, with opportunities to upsell services while maintaining accurate documentation and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role, preferably automotive.
• Experience with automotive repair/maintenance processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional welcome.
• Listen to concerns and document service needs and vehicle issues.
• Explain services and repairs with cost estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians for timely service delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Ensure service docs are completed accurately and timely.
• Manage service appointments to maximize department productivity.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance revenue.
• Maintain a clean, organized service desk area.
