Job summary

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Santa Barbara is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and our Service Department in sunny Santa Barbara. You will help customers understand maintenance and repair needs, coordinate with technicians, and prepare accurate repair orders and estimates to keep customers informed throughout the service process.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by delivering an outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to clearly explain technical information to customers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and establish rapport.
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information; document concerns.
• Explain vehicle symptoms to technicians and coordinate repairs.
• Prepare labor, parts, and service estimates; monitor progress.
• Explain repairs and charges to customers at delivery; ensure satisfaction.
