Koons Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Tysons, VA is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the face of the service department. You will present and sell maintenance and repair services, align with manufacturer guidelines, and build rapport to promote satisfaction and retention.

The role requires strong customer service and computer skills, with emphasis on accurate estimates, timely communication, and adherence to warranty and policy guidelines. Automotive experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and valid driver's license required.
• Pre-employment screening (background & drug test) required.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Promote and build rapport with customers regarding care and maintenance.
• Advise customers on maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Generate a complete and accurate repair estimate.
• Communicate repair completion time to customer and technician.
• Answer service calls and schedule appointments.
• Follow warranty guidelines and company procedures.
