Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customers and articulate repair needs to techs.
• Present recommended services with low-pressure, high-integrity approach.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair costs.
• Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed.
• Sell and manage extended warranties.
• Ensure repair quality and completion.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
