Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner
• Answer customer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry
• Review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customer
• Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and other essential software to look up service history, schedule appointments, enter repair orders, and manage information
• Provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey to each customer
