Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent service by listening to inquiries, identifying needs, resolving concerns, and selling services when appropriate.
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
• Answer customer calls promptly, courteously, and satisfy inquiries.
• Review completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customers.
• Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and essential software to look up service history, schedule appointments, enter repair orders, and manage information.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner
• Answer customer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry
• Review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customer
• Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and any other essential software programs to look up customer’s service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage information
• Provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey with each customer
