Castle Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the service drive, greet customers, and own the end-to-end service experience from check-in to delivery. You will collaborate with technicians, explain vehicle concerns and warranties, and ensure clear communication and satisfaction throughout the repair process.

You’ll bring at least 2 years in a Service Advisor/Writer role, strong communication, a professional appearance, and a proven record of service and sales success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor/Writer experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proven service and sales performance.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of the service drive and own the customer experience from check-in to delivery.
• Answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs.
• Help ensure technician time is used efficiently and coordinate with the shop.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
