You will own the customer journey from check-in to delivery, answer questions about vehicle concerns and warranties, and help maximize technician efficiency while maintaining high satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 consecutive years of Service Advisor/Writer experience.
• Excellent communication with customers.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Proven service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction.
• Team oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
