Price Family Dealerships in Modesto, CA is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the liaison between customers and service technicians. You will explain repairs, schedule visits, and ensure accurate cost information while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-oriented environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check may be required following a conditional offer.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and expand automotive knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service and maintenance needs.
• Consult with technicians on recommended repairs and services.
• Explain repairs, services, and estimated costs to customers.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate drop-off and pick-up.
• Recommend additional maintenance per vehicle needs and guidelines.
• Update customers on repair progress and completion times.
• Maintain positive relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
• Review repair orders, explain charges, and process payments.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure parts availability.
• Follow dealer policies, safety rules, and repair guidelines.
