Lexus of Marin, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team. You will be the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring vehicles are diagnosed, serviced, and repaired in a timely manner.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a compensation range of $80,000 to $130,000 per year, including base pay plus commissions. Strong communication, basic automotive knowledge, and experience with dealership software are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and vehicle systems.
• Proficiency with computers, dealership management systems (DMS), and service scheduling software.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers professionally and document service needs.
• Explain services, provide estimates, and obtain authorization.
• Coordinate workflow to maximize service department efficiency.
• Communicate with technicians to monitor progress and timeliness.
• Keep customers informed about status, timelines, and delays.
• Prepare repair orders and invoices, and process payments.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and educate on maintenance.
