Lexus of Woodland Hills is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians in our LA-area dealership.

You will listen to customer concerns, schedule service, explain needed repairs, and strive to deliver world-class service with a strong CSI focus. A high school diploma and dealership experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth and commission-based rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; automotive training helpful.
• Experience with dealership service processes and CSI goals.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an Excellent CSI score - a MUST!!
• Assist customers with service needs for their vehicle.
• Schedule service in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures.
• Attend staff trainings and educational classes as required.
• Educate/train new staff members.
