Job summary

Transwest, Inc. seeks a Service Advisor in Scottsbluff, NE to act as the liaison between customers and technicians. You will greet customers, review concerns, suggest services, and keep customers informed as repairs progress.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dealership environment. A valid driver's license and good MVR are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Service Department.
• Initiate repair order write up and listen to customer requests.
• Lead customers through MPVI process and provide updates on progress.
• Review RO details, secure signatures, and coordinate with technicians.
• Complete RO write-up in CDK and dispatch to technicians.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding progress and costs.
