Job summary

Transwest in Limon, CO is seeking a Service Advisor to meet with customers, listen to concerns, and recommend repair or maintenance services. The role involves preparing service orders, quotes, and invoices, and coordinating with the foreman throughout repairs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer description of problems or services needed.
• Prepare service order and quotes for repairs.
• Engage in upsells and promotions for additional equipment and services.
• Obtain customer authorization and signatures for repairs.
• Present repair orders to foreman for dispatch and communicate during repairs.
• Prepare and invoice repair orders (RO).
• Contact customers for pick up or delivery and ensure secure payment.
