Qualificações

• 1+ years experience as a Service Advisor or similar role preferred.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and in person.
• The ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
• The desire to work in a fast paced position.
• A focus on detail and organization.
• A professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Promptly greet customers to obtain contact and vehicle information.
• Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns.
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services.
• Monitor the service process and update customers frequently.
• Communicate completed services and charges to customers.
• Verify invoices and repair orders.
• Assist Service Manager as needed.
