Ardmore Toyota in Ardmore, PA is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule service work and communicate clearly with customers. You will be the dealership's first-line service representative, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

In this role you’ll oversee service orders, coordinate with technicians, answer questions about warranties and repairs, and help drive service sales while upholding the dealership’s standards.

• Distribute work among technicians and answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts as needed.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise the service department.
