Job summary

Toyota of Surprise is seeking a Service Advisor to sell and schedule required service work, greet customers, and accurately write repair orders. You will test drive with customers when needed, interpret service history, and advise on maintenance according to Toyota specifications.

You will prepare complete cost estimates, obtain approvals, and communicate delays or changes to customers while maintaining a high standard of customer service and shop organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects vehicle data.
• Greets customers and conducts telephone transactions.
• Writes up vehicle problems accurately on repair orders.
• Provides a complete written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Notifies customers of delays or changes to promised times.
• Communicates with the service team to ensure work is completed on time.
