Job summary

Heritage Toyota is seeking a Service Advisor to build trust with customers and ensure a positive service experience. On-the-job training is provided in a fast-paced shop with a temperature-controlled environment and supportive team.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with ADP/CDK, Service Edge, Dealer Daily, and iPad systems. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer relations skills, including basic sales skills.
• Fundamental computer and administrative/clerical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine the nature of their service requests.
• Explain policies, procedures, products, and services.
• Answer questions related to car repairs and servicing.
• Explain labor and parts estimates and investigate concerns.
• Track progress and keep customers apprised of status.
• Direct customers to cashier and assist with cashier duties.
