Job summary

Holman is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Audi Pembroke Pines team. You will maintain clear communication between the service department and clients, provide accurate service estimates, and manage customer expectations throughout the service process.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible retail hours. Holman emphasizes a supportive environment with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring an efficient and courteous service experience.
• Assess customer needs and determine the appropriate course of action, obtaining approval for recommended services.
• Provide customers with accurate service estimates, including cost and time of completion.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they understand necessary repairs and maintenance and offer recommendations for additional services when applicable.
• Have knowledge of warranty coverage, service policies, and insurance processes.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, providing updates as needed.
• Schedule appointments and handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.
