You will initiate services, develop estimates, prepare repair orders, verify warranty coverage, and communicate with customers about needed repairs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Prior automotive technician experience a plus.
• Team player focused on exemplary customer service.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Valid driver's license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services by identifying performance problems and service requests.
• Verify warranty coverage and develop estimates.
• Prepare repair orders and maintain customer records.
• Serve as liaison between customer and technician to ensure understanding of needs and recommended services.
• Communicate repair needs and timelines to customers.
