Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, invites applications for a Service Advisor at Audi San Diego. You will prepare estimates, upsell routine maintenance, schedule appointments, and guide customers through repairs with clear communication and professional service.

The role emphasizes accurate repair orders, cost analysis, and coordination of transportation. A strong customer-service mindset and familiarity with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Intermediate skills in CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service estimates and sell routine maintenance/repair services; follow up on unsold services and customer inquiries.
• Handle opening and closing responsibilities.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and collect funds for services performed.
• Estimate repair time and keep customers informed during the repair process.
• Assist with coordinating alternate transportation and rental car arrangements.
• Sell maintenance services and related parts to customers.
• Identify customer requests and conduct a full vehicle walk-around.
• Present multi-point inspection results to customers and explain OEM parts options.
• Recommend needed maintenance services and parts.
• Deliver vehicles and explain repairs in detail to customers.
• Prospect and follow up with vehicle owners as appropriate.
• Provide outstanding customer service per dealership policies.
• Write complete, accurate repair orders per dealership/manufacturer policies.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and routine maintenance.
• Provide information on OEM part options.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Principal Purpose of Position:

• Prepares service estimates, sells routine maintenance/repair services and conducts follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquires
• Performs opening and closing responsibilities
• Schedules appointments, answers phones and collects funds for services performed
• Predicts the time needed for completion and stays in constant communication with the customer during the repair process
• Assists with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle etc.
• Sell needed maintenance services and related parts to customers
• Identify customer requests
• Conduct a complete vehicle walk around
• Present multi-point inspection results to customers
• Recommend needed maintenance services and related parts
• Conduct a detailed active delivery of each vehicle
• Make appropriate prospecting and follow-up contacts with owners
• Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies
• Write complete, accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer policies
• Provides estimated cost analysis of automotive repairs and routine maintenance.
• Provide in-depth information on original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part options
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Intermediate skills in CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds software

Relevant Work Experience:

• 1 year experience working in a service advisor or express service advisor capacity

Regular Full-Time. We offer excellent benefits including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with company match. Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average of $3,000-$10,000.month with earning potential based on your personal performance.
