Mullinax Ford West Palm Beach is seeking a Service Advisor to oversee service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ownership of the customer experience, concierge support for owner inquiries, and efficient allocation of technicians' time. You will help diagnose vehicle problems, manage warranty claims, and maintain high customer satisfaction while upholding company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure prompt service.
• Own the customer experience by ensuring a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, by phone or in person.
• Manage technicians' time; allocate work efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicles, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain customer happiness scores per company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee administration of warranty claims.
• Reinforce company policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Maintain good relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations.
