The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a minimum of 2 years in automotive service advising, and experience with dealership management software. This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and hospitality in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and set the tone for a fast, friendly experience.

• Confidently recommend manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
• Manage multiple vehicles at once while keeping wait times low.
