Job summary

Mullinax Ford West Palm Beach is seeking a Service Advisor to oversee service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ownership of the customer experience, concierge support for owner inquiries, and efficient allocation of technicians' time. You will help diagnose vehicle problems, manage warranty claims, and maintain high customer satisfaction while upholding company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customers.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee administration of warranty claims.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintains good working relationships with factory(s) and fosters positive employee relations.
