You will greet customers, document concerns, and manage the repair experience from write-up to delivery with strong communication and thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes ensuring customer satisfaction, recommending necessary maintenance, and maintaining an organized work area while adhering to Ford processes and dealership goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and document symptoms accurately.
• Proven record of customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Comfortable with learning new programs and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally on the service drive.
• Listen to concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms.
• Perform service walk-around and review vehicle history.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Obtain customer authorization and communicate repairs clearly.
• Update customers on progress and final invoice accuracy.
