Walser Auto Campus: Mercedes Benz of Wichita is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, collect vehicle details, coordinate repairs, and explain costs. You will act as the bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and a smooth service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in automotive service environment preferred.
• Strong communication, verbal and written, with customers and team.
• Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service drive and act as the face of Walser service.
• Record mileage/VIN, write-up repair orders, and transport vehicles to bays.
• Explain basic repairs, time estimates, and costs to customers.
• Serve as liaison between technicians and customers to set expectations.
• Collaborate with service admin and technicians to generate hours and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prospect and sell dealership services and assist with after-service delivery.
