Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Pre-employment checks including background, MVR, drug test, credit report, and license

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document vehicle issues accurately after listening to customers.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs.
• Communicate estimated costs and obtain customer approval for services.
