Qualifications
- Experience in automotive service advising or dealership service preferred.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance.
- Proficient with dealership management systems and scheduling software.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally, document vehicle service needs.
- Explain services, provide cost estimates, obtain authorization.
- Coordinate workflow to maximize service department efficiency.
- Communicate with technicians to monitor repair progress.
- Keep customers informed on repair status, timelines and delays.
- Prepare and explain repair orders and invoices, process payments, maintain records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and educate on maintenance.
