Job summary

Group 1 Mercedes-Benz of Clear Lake is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-performing team. Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand and deliver premium customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Mercedes-Benz/high-line Service Advisor experience, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to achieving targeted goals. We offer base pay with bonuses, an air-conditioned shop, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years Mercedes-Benz/high-line Service Advisor experience, or 5+ years non-luxury Service Advisor experience is required.
Positive and friendly attitude.
Interpersonal communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience.
Ability to achieve targeted goals.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
Advise customers on care and the value of maintaining their vehicles per manufacturers’ specifications.
Generate and provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate of repair.
Establish and communicate completion time of repair with customer and technician.
Answer incoming service calls and maintain service appointments.
Follow prescribed procedures for post-follow-up resulting in return visits and increased CSI.
