AutoNation Inc. seeks a Service Advisor to bridge customers and service technicians. You will set appointments, greet customers, and determine vehicle needs, while clearly explaining recommendations and pursuing upsell opportunities. You will coordinate with techs and parts to ensure timely work and follow up for satisfaction.

As a commission-based role, you will aim to meet sales goals and CSI targets, leveraging automotive knowledge to keep drivers safe and loyal to AutoNation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, commission-based role.

Responsabilidades

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers.
• Greet customers warmly on arrival.
• Determine vehicle needs based on customer information and walk-around.
• Explain technicians' recommendations in plain language and suggest upsell opportunities.
• Follow up with customers on status and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion.
