AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the go-between for service technicians and customers in our state-of-the-art service department. You will explain technician recommendations in clear language and identify up-sell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and running smoothly.

Join a nationwide team servicing thousands of vehicles daily, scheduling appointments, greeting customers, and helping determine needs through walk-arounds, test drives, and transparent estimates.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and manage inquiries.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers for a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and the targeted customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner on arrival.
• Determine vehicle needs based on information and walk-arounds/test drives.
• Use consultative selling to plan for ongoing maintenance and repairs.
• Produce repair orders with cost/time estimates and full transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely work completion.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
