Job summary

Premier Truck Group is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers in the service department, cost out repairs, and prepare quotes with customer approval. You will assist in assigning technicians, track progress, upsell services, and ensure quality as work is completed.

Minimum 2 years in customer service in a vehicle environment and a valid driver’s license are preferred; this role supports a fast-paced shop environment with daily paperwork and safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service Relations, vehicle environment and employee supervision is preferred, but not mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service department.
• Handle incoming calls about repairs, scheduling, costs and completion dates.
• Assist in quotes, write service orders and obtain customer approval.
• Open and close repair orders as needed.
• Assist in assigning technicians and monitor progress.
• Help identify opportunities to upsell services.
• Report customer complaints to management.
• Ensure quality and cleanliness of departing jobs.
• Finalize paperwork at end of shift.
• Maintain daily cash schedules.
• Provide relief for supervisor vacations and other duties as assigned.
• Promote safe work practices.
