Total Ind is seeking a Service Advisor in Fresno to join our service operations team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and a confident communicator who thrives on resolving customer issues with urgency.

You will manage calls, create work orders, and coordinate with technicians, parts, and sales to ensure timely, accurate service delivery. You will be responsible for scheduling, quoting, and billing, while maintaining excellent customer rapport and cross-department collaboration

Competenze

• 3-5 years customer service experience, including dispatch, billing, service orders or related responsibilities.
• Demonstrated multitasking across clerical responsibilities.
• Friendly, professional with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently at a branch office with strong English communication.

Mansioni

• Provide quick response to customer inquiries by phone, email, or onsite.
• Open and manage work orders; schedule technicians for the next day.
• Provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Bill completed work and ensure accurate labor, parts, and pricing.
• Dispatch technicians to jobs; minimize drive time and maximize productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with Parts, Sales, and Service teams.
