Location: Fort Pierce, FL • Salary: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 • Full‑time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and consult customers on service needs with a professional and friendly approach.
• Understand customer concerns and advise them on recommended services and repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates of service and parts costs and explain the benefits of each service.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle during service.
• Maintain communication between technicians and customers to ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensure a seamless, customer‑focused experience from check‑in to vehicle pickup.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
• Promote dealership service specials, programs, and warranties when appropriate.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
