Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work with technology (tablet, computer, phone).
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Capable of setting and achieving targeted goals.
• Bi-lingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers promptly; provides timely professional service.
• Presents service options; ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Listens to inquiries, identifies needs, resolves concerns, and suggests additional services.
• Estimates cost and completion time; manages customer accounts.
• Communicates status of work to customers; coordinates repairs.
• Ensures repairs are completed correctly and on time, with proper pricing.
• Delivers vehicles in good condition and on schedule.
• Identifies repeat customers and tailors service approach.
• Contacts customers for follow-ups and maintenance reminders.
• Answers calls promptly and courteously; fulfills inquiries.
