Qualifications

• 2 years Service Advisor experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials; write reports and communicate clearly.
• Math skills to calculate figures, discounts, percentages and basic algebra.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and collect customer and vehicle data.
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up repair orders with problems and cost estimates.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
• Communicate progress and changes to customers and obtain authorization for additional work.
• Maintain service marketing program.
• Ensure vehicles are parked and keys secured.
