McKie Ford is seeking a Service Advisor to assist customers with repair and maintenance requests, write up work orders, and coordinate service activities to ensure fix-right-first-time results. The role supports the Service Manager in operations, inventory, safety, and promotional activities.

Qualifications include some college or automotive training, 2 years in an automotive service environment, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Some College or automotive/vocational training preferred.
• 2 years in an automotive service environment preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to use computer and calculator.
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen checks.

Responsabilidades

• Greets customers promptly and provides timely professional service.
• Communicates with customers about status of work and requests.
• Coordinates activities to ensure repair work is fixed right the first time and completed on time.
• Obtains customer written approvals on repair orders.
• Inspects finished repair orders for pricing accuracy and legibility.
• Identifies repeat customers and maintains good relationships.
• Answer incoming calls and satisfy inquiries.
• Documents repair order changes.
• Reviews service repairs and charges with customers to avoid surprises.
• Addresses and resolves customer concerns regarding repairs.
