You will explain vehicle needs, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer experience by carrying out assignments that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Schedule service appointments using the scheduling system.
• Obtain customer history and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
• Greet customers and document vehicle needs clearly on repair orders.
• Explain care and maintenance per manufacturers’ specifications.
• Review Multi-Point Inspection and obtain authorization for follow-up work.
