Pundmann Ford is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor with Ford experience to join its service center in St. Charles, MO.

You will be the primary liaison between customers and technicians, greeting clients, documenting concerns, and communicating estimates and timelines. The role demands strong communication, a drive to upsell preventative maintenance, and a commitment to safety and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in service advisor or similar automotive role.
• Ford experience is a MUST HAVE.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document vehicle concerns.
• Serve as liaison between customers and technicians; input repair orders.
• Explain diagnostics, estimates, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Upsell preventative maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Track vehicle status and update customers on price/timeline changes.
• Review invoices with customers at final delivery.
