Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Plaistow, NH is seeking a Service Writer to guide service needs of customers in-store and by phone. This role opens and closes work orders, schedules technicians, and explains costs to customers to ensure satisfaction.

You will coordinate activities, seek approvals when needed, and help maintain safe store conditions while delivering exceptional service. A HS diploma plus 3–5 years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer service, service advisor, or parts distribution roles.
• HS or equivalent; technical preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge or parts distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers by phone and in person regarding cost, delivery, and service status.
• Opens and closes work orders for service using prescribed software and procedures.
• Schedules and coordinates activities of service technicians in the store; generates internal work orders for Build to Stock.
• Assists in other areas as required and ensures safe operating conditions.
