Job summary

Company Wrench is seeking a Service Writer to be the main contact for service customers. You will open and manage work orders from start to finish, ensuring entries, scheduling, and completion within five days.

The role requires a high school diploma with service writer or mechanic experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with computer systems. Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, in-office with shop exposure.

Responsibilities

• Open and process work orders from start to finish.

• Ensure proper documentation, warranty checks, and compliance.
