• Minimum of 3 years of automotive dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Toyota dealership experience preferred.
• Proven history of achieving strong CSI scores.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to accurately recommend maintenance and repairs while earning customer trust.
• Experience managing a high‑volume service drive.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to teamwork.
• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty and maintenance programs.
