Shotttenkirk Toyota San Antonio is hiring a motivated Express Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. You will greet customers, write repair orders for express services, and educate guests on Toyota maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service advisor experience (dealership experience preferred).
• Toyota dealership or Toyota Express Service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance services and manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
• Computer proficiency and experience with dealership software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience
• Write repair orders for express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and factory-scheduled maintenance
• Educate customers on Toyota recommended maintenance while building trust
• Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
• Work closely with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Follow dealership processes and Toyota standards to provide an outstanding ownership experience
