Job summary

Shottenkirk Toyota San Antonio is seeking a motivated Express Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. You will greet customers, write repair orders for express maintenance, and educate customers on Toyota recommended maintenance while building trust.

You should have strong communication and customer service skills, be able to multitask in a busy shop, and maintain high CSI scores. We offer competitive pay with incentives, ongoing Toyota training, and career growth into a Main Shop

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service advisor experience (dealership experience preferred).
• Toyota dealership or Toyota Express Service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance services and manufacturer‑recommended maintenance.
• Computer proficiency and experience with dealership software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience
• Write repair orders for express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and factory‑scheduled maintenance
• Educate customers on Toyota recommended maintenance while building trust
• Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
• Work closely with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Follow dealership processes and Toyota standards to provide an outstanding ownership experience
