Job summary

Group 1 BMW of Tulsa is expanding its team and seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join a brand-new service center. The ideal candidate thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and can grow with a performance-driven environment.

Experience in automotive service is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic will be trained by the Service Manager. This position offers a structured career path with ongoing professional development and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Proven customer-facing sales experience is required.
Automotive background is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
Actively promote services and build rapport with customers.
Advise customers on the care and maintenance of their vehicles per manufacturers’ specifications.
Generate and provide customers with complete and accurate repair estimates.
Establish and communicate repair completion times to customers and technicians.
Answer incoming service calls and maintain service appointments.
Follow prescribed procedures to maximize CSI and customer satisfaction.
Comply with manufacturer warranty guidelines and all laws and company policies.
